Thank you Hari for the beautiful recipes and advice. I've made your Methi Murgh (Fenugreek Chicken), Thari Wala Chicken, Bombay Aloo and Peshwari Naan tonight. It was gorgeous. My husband and I thought the dishes were tastier than going out for a meal. Please let me know if it's a a cast iron skillet you use for your recipes? My frying pan has no lid so I thought I might buy something new. I can't wait to try your Nariyal Chicken next. Many thanks.
