Ok so... A heaped teaspoon of ghee... Finely chopped onions added and fried for a few mins before I added 4 cloves of garlic and thumb sized piece of ginger which I bashed in a pestle and morter then I added the lamb and fried a few mins before I added a teaspoon of chilli 1/4 teaspoon of tumeric, teaspoon of salt, then in a pestle and morter grinded some coriander seeds and cumin seeds about half a teaspoon of each, added that fried for a bit then added about 5 fi ly chopped tomatoes, and a table spoon of tomatoe puree mixed then covered with a lid for about 15 mins. After that took off the lid and mixed more, covered and fried for a further 10 mins... Took off the lid mixed and left in covered while I pan fried my chapati and done some naan in the oven... Just before breads where done I threw in some peeled and cooked king prawns covered with the lid and waited..... When done showered it in my fave coriander then boom plated up xxx
