Well I‘ve made the Tomato Base Restaurant sauce. It seems a bit like tomato soup.
I know I can freeze it or keep it for 5 days in the fridge. However I don’t know how to use it .
Any tips ?

@Bill : hi! portion it and freeze it. you can add to one portion lentils, ( ural dal), onion, garlic, ginger, kashmiri chili whole, cellery, carrots, bayleaf, black cardamom, of course shahi jeera or any jeera ( cumin), himalayan salt, cinnamon and ground gloves to taste, and a can of fireroasted tomatoes. finish w a splash of heavy cream. garnish w fresh coriander leaves chopped. serve w hot garlic naan. me like ❤👻

You can use this as a base masala so toast your spices onion etc and add to this. You can then use it to cook any meat or veg really @Bill

Sorry, haven't cooked this way since I tried it ages back with The Curry Guy method to reproduce BIR (British Indian restaurant style meals). Not a great success. I prefer the authentic Indian recipes such as Hari's, rather than restaurant curries for the British palate. @Bill
