Air fryer was great for paneer - needs to be a firm paneer though. You can just leave it to cook itself but it is quick so need to keep an eye on it. Enjoying all your recipes - since following your advice about drying yoghurt and marinating overnight for tandoori tikka (I'd not been bothered before!) I've been hooked!

Coorg pandi was lovely and nice change from chicken. Assume it's a Goan dish with the pork and vinegar? The saag is your recipe with paneer cooked in the air fryer. And my rice…
