@Arthur vdH thank you so much. i found out a base gravy recipe, pre made a bunch. then i am making kinda a masala w choice of protein, adding spices, add the base sauce, serve over basmati rice. its a big shortcut. i made about a gallon and porrioned it and froze it. helps a lot. happy holidays to you and yours ❤
