The Sous vide cook-off is on... Hubby and I both marinated an Entrecote for tomorrow. I chose my weapons: a glazed onion marinade with cumin, koriander, mustard seeds, brown sugar with a good splash of mango balsamico.
The meat is now taking a nice long bath until tomorrow. Can't wait!
