@Arthur vdH ...it was yummi! i found out i make buttermilk w eggs as eggwash, flour w lil kashmiri chili, chayenne pepper, perfect pepper ( ahmish store), and the 3rd sting is panco extra crispy breadcrumbs mixed w reg unseasoned breadcrumbs. preheat veg oil in pan ( i use a wok). prep chix filet in strips. goes furst in flour, eggwash breadcrumbs. then in hot oil. frey under rotating until golden beown. makes an extra crispy crust. nice flavor.
