@Hari Ghotra and the veggies are panfried i. butter w some parsley, a hint of sumac and namami togarashi a splash of soy sauce to round up the flavor. could have used pozu sauce too.

@Hari Ghotra : the sweet potato mash:peel, cut pressurecook w 3 whole kashmiri chili and some salt.drain after cooking. roasted same cassia bark and gloves, cracked green whole catdamom in veg oil and bacon lard, ginger and garlic and finished it w some ground cashmiri chili for some kick and a pinch kasori methi. love it. you should try❤
