Curry night with friends yesterday! On the menu was Prawn Pakora, Onion Bhakti (with added carrot and kale), Sooka Massala Lamb and Chicken Balti! The Lamb was amazing, I slow cooked and prepared two days before to get the most flavour in it. My guests were well impressed. ๐Ÿ˜Š
