Let me know what you go with.Mark Harvey4 monthsyou could probably do the same for hand cut chips and reduce the oven time. 3 cloves of garlic crushed btw.Mark Harvey4 monthshi @Christopher T Jones I've done Massala baked new potatoes which are very nice. get your new potatoes, cut them in half and season. fry them in an oven dish with butter and Olive oil so the butter doesn't burn and garlic until they just start to brown. sprinkle 3 tablespoons of Madras powder as in the lamb Madras recipe. give them a shake and stick them in the oven at 170. bake until crispy having turned them after 25 minutes.
