It was very tasty, a recipe from Madhur Jeffrey. The recipe asked for dried coriander but a Bangladeshi lady I spoke to said you don’t add coriander to fish, so I didn’t. Instead of mustard seeds Madhur said to use Dijon mustard, I used Polish mustard, it was much hotter, I used 25% of the amount. I will definitely cook this again🍴🥵
