Tonight I have made @Hari Ghotra
Brown masala sauce,I added roast lamb and some black cardamom.
Served with plain rice and onion and coriander pakora.
The pakora I made Friday night and froze them as an experiment, to see if they would be ok
And they were perfect.just put them in a hot oven from frozen
