Hi Hari, Enjoying your recipes and videos. Would you have any tips for how to get those lovely crispy fried onions for biryanis. I have been using Spanish onions and frying with ghee, but they end up as a mushy soup. Is this because our onions in this part of the world have a very high water content?

Hi @William Batt welcome to the app! Yes sure, in restaurants they slice finely and deep fry them until crisp. Only do this in small batches too. Hope that helps!
