Hi @Hari Ghotra I hope you're well? I'm cooking for friends in a few weeks time and was going to do your chicken tikka masala, lamb madras, pakoras and one of the aloo sides. Can any of these be cooked and frozen in advance? I won't have time on the day to do them all. Thanks Hari! Emma xx

It's not until 23rd September - I'm being super organised though and planning way in advance! I'll definitely post some pictures when I've created my master pieces xx

Thanks Hari! Great idea about cooking the night before - I'll do that for the cold chutneys too. Ill also be doing your lemon rice on the day - the most delicious rice I've ever had! I'll post some pictures afterwards here. Hope to see you soon, Emma xx

Hey @emma I'm good thank you. Yes they can I would recommend doing the lamb madras and Tikka Masala before and freezing if you need to. The potatoes you can cook the night before and refrigerate but the pakora are best freshly made. Does that help?
