Believe or not, this is my Pork Vindaloo 😅 As I have a very low chili heat tolerance I added very little chili powder and the pork ended up being yellow instead of read. Still delicious though.

That's good to know @jenny52 I don't know if Kashmiri chillies are available here in Seville, maybe they are but they have a different name. I just used some cayenne powder but that was enough for my tolerance 😅

This is one of my favourites, but like you dont do the mega hot. I usually use 3/4 Kashmiri Chillies rather than the 8 in the slow cooker recipe

it's true @Hari Ghotra, but I didn't want that to stop me from trying this recipe, which I loved 😊 Probably my next one will be Korma or Pasanda, although I'll probably adapt it to my resources

@joncrewgee It was lovely. I used wine vinegar instead because that was the one I had in hand but it goes beautifully with the pork. Definitely give it a try.
