Kohlrabi curry … if it weren’t for the macaroni :-) just a basic masala with 1tsp cumin, 1tsp fennel, 1/2tsp fenugreek, 1 onion, 2 fresh tomatoes, 1tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp salt. Then add a cubed kohlrabi and a bit of water. Simmer until done to your preference (I like to leave a tiny little bit of crunch). In the meantime, cook the pasta 1 minute shorter than indicated on the package. Mix in with the kohlrabi and stir for a bit. Serve and enjoy!
