Hi Hari,

I increased the spices by 3 and the garlic and ginger twice, and they turned out fine! We started them off in the oven and finished them on the BBQ. Everyone loved them! 😁😎

Hi @Jess H you are a genius!!

Did you ask about tandoori? I can't find your post again? Anyway for 18 legs If you triple the spices, ginger and garlic. I'd add about 10ish chillies. Hold back a little on the yoghurt you don't want it to be too liquidy. Add more only if needed. Does that help?
