Tandoori chicken and some plain rice. As always, my dishes don't end up being red because I add very little chilli powder.

looks good to me. But you could also use food coloring either the liquid or I get the powder from an Indian market here in the states. I can't have spicey foods so I seldom make spicey dishes although I can if requested by my friends.
