Received, turnips and leeks today from a neighborhood. I turned it into my version of Shalgam Ki Sabzi! It was tasty with rice and yogurt. My neighbor was honest in admitting not knowing what to do with leeks and turnips. Guess what we both now enjoy turnips and leaks!
