Made your mums Chicken curry last night. This is the second time and I gave the onions a good 20 mins!! Always scared of burning - taste bitter and need throwing!! This was excellent although I couldn’t get any fresh coriander with stems. So glad you love the stems! Next challenge - your Samosa recipe and video! Happy Easter everyone! Phil
