Paneer Makhani but with tofu instead. Unfortunately the tofu, although it had a marinade, ended up very bland, I think because the flavour of the sauce was much stronger. Anyway It was a good recipe to cook and the sauce is really nice. If there's anyone out there who has any ideas for tofu I would really appreciate it😊

Thank you @Hari Ghotra. I don't know if a softer would work better but I think I'm more into trying it with vegetables. So I can't wait to do the recipe with mushrooms and peppers 😊

It’s quite difficult to get flavour into tofu I would recommend using a mixture of vegetables with this - mushrooms and peppers with the tofu. Also a softer tofu may work better? @Gabi I pleased you liked the sauce though.
