Stuffed Breast of Lamb with a Cardamom Sauce

Butcherd myself, prepped and cooked with my partner. Amazing recipe, rich thick aromatic gravy with succulent slow cooked Lamb finished off with a sharp fresh Indian chimichurri. very easy and totally worth the wait!
