Hi Guys How are you doing today? Just thought I'd check in as we continue this lock down period. All ok here but my hayfever seems to have kicked in and my eyes are steaming and i'm sneezing like crazy! Did a spot of clearing up in the garden and I needed to do something with the over grown chives in my garden so after much deliberation I thought I would go to Jamaica on my #kitchentravels and do my take on jerk chicken - yes it was super fiery but oh so good. Do you have any marinades that you use on the BBQ? Would love to know your secrets. The recipe new recipe is on the website - let me know if you are brave enough to try it!
