The curry was FANTASTIC but my naan was like cardboard,perhaps because I used chappati flour?

I'm on the case now. I've strictly followed it recipe and leaving the dough to rise while I go on me bike for a hour.....đŸ€ž

If the dough doubled the yeast worked so the bread should in theory have worked. Don’t be disheartened try plain flour just to compare and see how you get on. Thanks for cooking along @Neil Samuel so good to have you join in!

yes I used yeast but I think I put to much water in and added extra flour. The yeast worked because my dough doubled in size. I did add Nigel's seeds after rising the dough just B4 cooking. Never mind I'll deffo try again. Thanks for your response 😊

Hi @Neil Samuel they do look a little flat. The flour should still work - did you use yeast?
