shereinelzein6 monthsKorean street egg bread gyeran bbang6 comments,0 shares,4 likesHari Ghotra6 monthsThank you so much @shereinelzein delicious 😋shereinelzein6 months@Hari Ghotra 1 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup whole milk + 2tbsp vinegar to make somewhat thick butter milk 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 21/2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp melted butter 1 Egg for the filling: 6 eggs . First preheat oven to 205 C. Mix milk with vinegar and set aside while preparing the rest of ingredients. It shall thicken in few minutes. . Brush a muffin tin with butter and set aside. . Mix all the ingrdients in a bowl with a balloon whisk and add the thickened milk to them. Keep mixing till the mixture is completely lump free. . In each muffin cup, add 2 tbsp of the mixture, crack an egg on top it and cover the egg with 1 tbsp of the mixture. . Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top or scallions or even some rock salt, totally optional. . Bake for 20 - 25 minutes till set and golden.
