Hi guys I know I’m a day late with the details - sorry. It’s #Fridaycurryclub tomorrow so I thought we could make some keema. It’s a minced lamb dish that’s is super versatile. You can have it with roti, stuff it into dough to make bread rolls, into naan dough to make keema naan or put it in a pie to make my version of a shepherds pie. You can use lentils instead of the meat or use Quorn instead. Just come to my YouTube at 6.15 BST tomorrow (use this link to set a reminder) https://youtu.be/0Qy7NuWDVRs and join us to try this amazing dish. This is what you will need to cook along. I will get dough ready to show you how to make keema stuffed bread rolls too. Will you be joining me? 👍🏽 Ingredients 400g lean mince lamb 1 tbsp vegetable oil Masala 1 onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 200g/½ tin of tomatoes 2 tsp ginger, grated ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin seeds, crushed 1 tsp salt 2 chillies, finely chopped 50g frozen peas 10 mushrooms quartered 2 tsp garam masala Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
