It's been a tough few weeks so I promised my wife an Indian banquet tonight, once the kids are asleep. Starter of Vegetable Pakora, main is Lamb Rogan Josh and in the freezer is Pistachio Kulfi which I prepared earlier. Not planning in moving from the sofa too much after all that!
