I'm cooking your butter chicken recipe this weekend but can't get any Kashmiri chilli powder. Will Deghie Mirch do the same job?
I'm also having to use dried Fenugreek leaves so fingers crossed 🤞

Hi @simon edwards yes that’s fine to use, the colour should come from the tomatoes. If you need a bit more vibrancy add a squeeze of tomato purée too. It’s the dried fenugreek leaves you need for this recipe. Hope it goes well please do post pictures of your dish!
