Hello all, I would like some advice.
I am going to cook Tamarind Pork Ribs from the Slow Cooker book, the recipe calls for 1/3 cup of tamarind pulp,. Would 1 teaspoon of the concentrate suffice?

Hi @stripeybag that will be fine or 2tsp - just so you know I don’t really like the concentrate it’s very dark in colour and not as fresh as a rehydrated block or paste. But use what you have it can be very strong so taste it first. Looking forward to pictures!
