Hello there , I am living in Costa Rica, Central America. I am having problems with getting some Indian spices , especially with covid 19 !
I cannot get my hands or a mix of Chile Arbol and smoked paprika on Kashmir chilis . All the receipes say it is very important for the original taste of heat and smokiness !
so my question is, if you had to substitute, what would you use . we have allot od Mexican chiles here . I was thinking of Chile Morito
