Today’s feast is Hari’s Chole, with pav, plus chicken curry with my own secret spice blend (so secret even I don’t know what’s in it!), kofta pakoras, and my usual chilli paneer, onion pakoras and lime pickled onions. Absolutely delicious.

Thanks @Hari Ghotra yes the pav was really fluffy! They loved the chole, I used loose black Turkish tea and tamarind paste and left some sauce boosted by the chickpea water.

Well what can I say this looks incredible- your Sunday dinners are fantastic @mark h and you made pav! I hope they all loved it!
