I’m saving the last steps of adding the tomatoe and cooking the fish till I’m ready to sit down to eat. It’s only 11:30 here in Seattle. My sauce is colored mostly with the turmeric. Only 1/2 tsp of chilie powder. Just this first time, to initiate others to how scrumptious these dishes are. Thanks Hari, great class
