Here is the dish we will be cooking in this weeks #fridaycurryclub and it’s one that if you haven’t tried you really should. This is chilli paneer and it’s spectacular. For those who don’t know what paneer is, it’s indian squeaky cottage cheese and I love it. I know it’s not everyone’s favourite ingredient so you can cook along using Halloumi or chicken if you prefer.
I also thought we could make some vegetable pakora too with my mint chutney.
It’s always amazing to have you cook along with me so please do join me at 6.15pm on Friday here https://youtu.be/vw4nS-_EmaU
This is what you will need:
Chilli paneer
400gms Paneer chopped into cubes
Oil for frying

3 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp corn flour

1 red pepper, chopped into cubes
1 green chilli, slit lengthways
1 tbsp soy sauce
Sea salt to taste (if required)
2 spring onions, finely sliced for garnish

Give me 👍🏽 if you will be joining me and as always if you have any questions then hit me with them before Friday!

Don’t panic @Gillian Waite If you use about 2tbsp of plain flour add 2 tsp of corn flour to it that will be ok.

Crisis. I thought I had gram flour for the pakoras but no I haven’t. What shall I use plain flour/bread flour/corn flour or rice flour?
