I made the LAMB ROGAN JOSH. I have to say that this is the lamb dish of any sort I have made! The lamb was fall apart tender and the flavours out of this world. I did have an issue with it sticking though I added a little more water each time and stirred it in. Anyone have any thoughts how I could overcome this next time?

Nice cooking @Steviewilcox you did the right thing - exactly what I would do add a little water at a time. I don't think you should add lots of water as it dilutes the flavours. Also depending on the cut you will get different amounts of juice from the meat it self.
