Thank you for joining me - it was the biggest one so far and I love all the pictures you shared yesterday! A few of you have said that the paste you made wasn’t as red. This could be for a number of reasons 1. Not Kashmiri chillies 2. Not soaked for long enough 3. Not blitzed for long enough to break the cells up of the chilli. Hope that helps. Have a great evening!
