Hello everyone! I literally just found this community then the app, and I gotta say I hope to stay.
This is only my third attempt at Indian cooking ever, (first picture because now I have a serving dish, no pretty garnish sorry) I didn't have access to the next level of spices I wanted just yet so I threw this together with what I had on hand.
Tandoori Red Murgh Makhani is what I guess it should be called since it uses a Makhani curry with a dry rubbed then smoked chicken thigh (Tandoori Red Masala, Garam Masala, Pink Peppercorns, and salt)
The chicken by itself made a nice dry heat but when mixed with the sauce the heat melds into a more secondary and supportive flavor
