Hi 👋 @Hari Ghotra Thanks for doing veggie food 😊 Have made the red lentil dhal a number of times - so be good to see how it is supposed to be made 😉

I’ve grown so fat eating all these recipes that I need to be discerning about what to add to the freezer. So I’ll be watching this week.

Not sure if we will cook along this week, but if a busy Friday but will definitely watch - might even do just the dhal x

I did make the Jalfrezi last week and the next day your butter chicken, they were both fabulous! !

I love aloo gobi it'll be different to see yours since I always make mine with coconut milk and use baked potatoes instead of fried

Or aloo muttar, pea and potato curry. I will try this one instead @Hari Ghotra. It looks similar to yours aloo gobi.

Hi @Hari Ghotra I’ll be cooking the dhal but don’t have cauliflower. I’m isolating to be safe as been away. I have potatoes so could make a Bombay aloo.

Cauliflowers aren’t in season here now. Might have to make another veg dish to go with the dhal? My internet has been disastrous the last few days too so fingers crossed it will be up to streaming tomorrow night🤞🏻.
