After two weeks my latest crop of fenugreek is looking good. Another couple of weeks and it’s Methi Murgh, one of our favourites.

Looks fantastic. I need to grow coriander because I get through so much of it and in Italy it is cery difficukt to get hold of but non existent at the moment because of the heat. Have you managed to grow it in the Uk?

Hi @Elisabeth Johl, I’m in Essex and I planted my seeds (nothing special just bog standard East End brand from Tesco), in a mixture of 60% topsoil 40% compost. Sprinkle the seeds on top then cover lightly with the soil mix, water and hey presto! They should sprout in a couple of days, keep moist but don’t over water. Good luck!

I have fenugreek seeds what do you think they would work now, in this time of the year? @mark h
