For our 33rd Wedding Anniversary my wife presented me with Hari's Cook Book. It looks very educational about herbs, spices, the names of dishes, the different regions of India etc. Can't wait to get stuck in. Not used it yet but can already recommend. Thanks Hari much love

Try it at 200c @Gary if you get a lot of moisture then pour that off too

@Hari I am taking your advice to ask a question here. Tiday I’m making Chucken Tikka Masala. Sep 8 says to “cook on 180... till the pieces are a little charred around the edges”. You give this same instruction in other recipes. But at 180 the edges of my chicken don’t chart. So my question is, what is another way to describe this charring? Am I looking for crisply curled edges? That would be more likely at a higher heat. ???
