Hope you are all well and having a great week so far!
I’m having a few days at home with my mum. She’s not been too well so it’s been nice to hang out and cook these onion pakora together!
Why does everything taste so good when your mum cooks it for you?

Haha 😂 that is so lovely @Gary she would love it! She’s very nervous about her spoken English but it’s fine. She’s had a fairly major op on her heart so once she back on form and I css as n bring her to my kitchen we will deffo do that!

Your mom should be a guest Chef! Since she taught you everything, we’d love to learn from her too!

Nothing like ‘mums cooking’ full of love and memories, sending speedy recovery to mum and hope you are taking a well deserved break x

Sending positive vibes -I must say I have now made the following pakora- onion & potato, onion potato & aubergine & the chicken one - all delicious and the family so enjoyed them. I’m going to try the fish one next 🥰

I’m having a shared lunch at work tomorrow and I’m providing the onion/potato pokaras ... yummy 😋
Don’t you just love to hear it sizzle...🤗

Most people would say "cooking with love". My mum was tops at burning food, so I call that love. Perspective. 😉
