This is my first attempt slow cooker dhal! Based on your masoor Di Dahl, I used your Garam Masala along with some very darkly fried onions and an onion stock cube. I cooked it overnight for twelve hours. It made the whole house smell divine and tastes very, very good! Looking forward to trying chicken and lamb recipes in the cold dark days ahead. Thanks Hari!
