Ahead of the weekend I wanted to share a new recipe that I have just posted on the App. It's a curry but it's not Indian, but it is amazing. It's very different from my usual style but I really think you will like it. This is my Caribbean Chicken Curry Stew and I have used curry powder in it...eeeeek!
It uses the classic burnt sugar method used in classic Caribbean cooking that gives the distinct sweetness but then I add a scotch bonnet. Yup not for the faint hearted - it's a hottie!
If you like that sweet and spicy flavour this is definitely one to try. I am also just about to post my Rice and Peas recipe which is the perfect side dish for this curry.
