Friday nights curry. King prawn and prawn pathia with aubergine bhaji and mushroom rice. The pathia was very different to a curry house one, much lighter , less robust but perfect for the hot weather we are still enjoying ! Another great curry to thank you for Hari.

That is interesting, I loathe tomato ketchup!! I love the sweet, sour and hot that you get from a pathia but not from using sauces🙈.

Yes restaurant pathia dishes tend to have ketchup and mango chutney in them which I don’t like to use
