so I have a question when I do my lamb curries I normally use leg of lamb. I have a shoulder of lamb in my freezer and wondering if I can use shoulder instead or will it be too fatty

Hi @Katrina Maylan lamb shoulder for a curry is delicious - I suggest trimming as much of the fat off as you can and then doing a low slow cook with it. I will be amazing. Share pictures please!
