I also made your lamb madras curry but the lamb meat was dry...what could I have done wrong Hari?

Usually on a low temp that should be fine but I think it may have been too long @Gillian Waite especially if there wasn’t much fat on the leg.
I used leg of lamb from the butcher. I added extra liquid and cooked it slowly for about 3 to four hours
Hi @Gillian Waite that’s a shame!! What cur of lamb did you use? Young lamb can sometimes cook quicker then you think. How long did you cook it for?
