How are we doing guys?

I am well in case you were wondering. I just thought I would ask you all a little question which I am sure you all have your own opinions about. So as a little mid-week poll I would love to know what is your favourite tipple is to have with a hot spicy curry?

If it's not in the answers below then tell me in the comments!

FYI mine is fizz but I think you all know that!

You can’t beat a glass of Red to marry up with the flavours in a Lamb curry, and Chenin / Sauvignon blanc deals with the spicy 🌶 hit if I fancy white. I’ve been known to have a Lassi or a cumin lime drink when I’m out where Alcohol isn’t an option

If we go out for a curry, red wine. At home, anything goes 😳😉

Hi Hari, off topic but i was wondering if your lamb madras recipe is correct in calling for 2 TBLSP of turneric ? I only used 2 TSP because I remember you said too much turmeric can make the recipe chalky. Just wondering if it was a misprint or ok to use 2 tblsp? Either way it is an outstanding recipe!!

White zinfandel, pinot noir, or a good lager if I'm drinking which is not often. Usually water for me.

Lassie, but I don't know what alcohol would suit going in it.!

Beer for me, but I have over company - pre social distancing - then red wine to appear more cultured. 😉

It's got to be lager white wine for me. White wine maybe just edges its it's less filling, but either will do. Talking of white wine, I've recently discovered Surrey Gold from the Denbies estate. Local to you @Hari Ghotra - worth a try if you haven't before!
