Chicken Pathia and Chilli Paneer tonight. The last couple of times I've cooked Chilli Paneer some of the batter has come away from the cheese during frying. Any suggestions on how to avoid that?

Could be that it wasn't hot enough @Hari Ghotra . I used a Karahi. I did keep the heat a bit lower after melting the slotted spoon when making samosas the other week!

Yes that does happen sometimes- is your oil hot enough? And what vessel are you using to fry in? @daren.lowry
