Yesterday i did Tandoori Chicken with PlainBasmati Rice and Corgette Pakora with Mint Chutney for my Doughters Family. The red of Tandoori was not so intense can it be because i hadn't Cashmirichily?

That looks lovely @Elisabeth Johl yes that’s what also some places use food colouring to get the red but I prefer to keep it natural with Kashmiri chilli
