Ok here goes, Mackerel fry, Dhum aloo, falia di sabjee and courgette pakora including my wonderful source of inspiration @Hari Ghotra. The combination of spices in these dishes complimeted each other well. high lemon in the fish and the fresh garlic, ginger and corriander balanced with cumin and garam masala were fantastic 👏. all washed down with a cold Perry cider.
