It's more than one year ago that I was active in this community. 😕 During the last month I rediscovered my Indian cooking passion....maybe as a self therapy in this strange times. So I will say hello again with a self created curry. It's a sweet potato-chickpea-spinach curry in a tangy creamy coconut sauce. Best wishes Andy
